Returns & Refund Policy

1, Returns

We only accept returns if the product is deemed faulty by Moak Coffee NZ.

Customers may return items for exchange or store credit within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

However, if you wish to discuss a possible return after the expired date, please contact us at: moakcoffeenz@gmail.com

To complete your return, we will need to verify your purchase from our online website or in- store.

  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 10 days.

  • If the Seller agrees to accept returned Goods from the Buyer under this clause, the Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller at the Seller's place of business.

  • Items must be in their original sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Customers can always return a product or item to our store address (102 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622).

2, Goods sold

All Goods to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer are as described on the purchase order agreed by the Seller and the Buyer and the description on such purchase order as so agreed prevails over all other descriptions of the Goods including any specification or enquiry of the Buyer.

3, Cancellation

No order may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the written consent of the Seller. If there is a cancellation of the order by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to claim indemnity against all losses suffered by the Seller as a result of such cancellation.

4,Unreceived Orders

Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within 10 working days of ordering online, contact us at moakcoffeenz@gmail.com and we'll figure this out for you.

5, Refunds

- We offer a full refund on items returned within 3 days of purchase.

- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6, Exclusions:

- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not be eligible for refunds or returns.

- Products or items that are on sale are not eligible for refunds or returns.

7, How to Initiate a Refund or Return:

- Provide your order number, receipt and reason for the refund or return request.

- Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
